I would learn leadership, efficiency of production, team building, and many more skills. Biggest take away I got was being able to lead workers without conflict, by respecting others as I’d like to be respected.

Cons

Terrible pay, unsafe working conditions, not having instruments that are tangible to employees and lack of consideration of employees.
