I've worked at a variety of companies, but none have been as disheartening as Howard Technology. It's a place where workplace violations seem to be the norm, and basic employee rights, like paid breaks, are often overlooked. The expectations are unreasonable, the management style is intimidating, and there's little to no room for growth or advancement. The company culture is non-existent, and the work-life balance is completely out of whack. Imagine having zero days of time off… what company does that in 2024? The same type of companies that firmly believe “leading” through fear and demotivation is productive. It's clear that the company prioritizes profit towards the Howard family over employee well-being.
