the whole time I've been here I've gone above and beyond my role, out performing tenured staff and trained new staff coming in. my last pay review i was made to feel like the additional comensation was a great increase and only been made possible by my work ethic. just to now find out new starters with 0 years spent in even just sales are on the same as me. pretty shocked
