      There are no pros to working here.

      The other negative reviews are true! It was the most toxic environment to work in and the managers are bullies. I would give this company zero stars. Managers actively seek to criticise you, blame you for errors committed by others and are generally very malicious. The benefits are also not as good as other similar companies, and salary was not the best. Don't bother considering this company and heed the negative reviews which are accurate.

      Great to be part of something that feels like its going somewhere Generally lovely team of people David Howden is consistent, directional and inspirational Pay above market Swanky office

      Cons

      pockets of bad management seem to go un noticed great career prospects until I had a baby lack of support for families - they talk the talk but don't walk the walk Dreadful environment - people say how much they hate it there but are bound to stay because they hold shares and will lose all value if they leaves. This leads to a really negative environment

      The first few months I worked there were nice

      Brokers look down on and treat people below them badly Heavy workloads with no support from team managers on managing them No support from team managers Blame culture on people who weren’t managers or team leaders Minimal Training, just have to learn on the job but this gets you treated badly by other colleagues who think you should know better
