The offices were amazing and the cafe area is a bonus. The people within my team were fantastic and the ethos intentions are great.

Cons

The management are lacking and do not follow the overall company people first ethos. HR is confusing as is the whole company. There are too many sectors and not enough plain English to understand how it works to the underlings.
