      The manager has been here too long and has a terrible management style. Needs to retire. Also it is now pretty much a call centre environment which is high pressure, cut throat, and all about thebprofit

      Pros

      Great bunch of people in the office, they make work fun. Flexible. Sick pay, if needed. Feel like annual leave is good.

      Cons

      When I go on annual leave nobody takes the job over, it takes me weeks to catch up. Feels like they only care about sales. You should not have to dread coming back to work after annual leave. Only people in sales get recognition & perks. Promised training, never happens.
