Thank-you for leaving a review. It's great to read that you enjoy the work you're doing, and although the Saturday work isn't always popular, it is an essential shift to ensure our Clients receive the very best service that we can give. We have, however, recently gone through a project to reduce the weekly hours of our teams and the average person now only needs to cover a Saturday morning once every three weeks - where our branches have been successful and the teams have grown, that reduces to one in every five.

Interview and offer process was really easy to navigate. I was in for an interview shortly after applying and had accepted the role within 48 hours.

Cons

The onboarding programme can seem quite long and drawn out but you do learn vital skills and information. Hopefully you enjoy team building games.

We value the first few months with our new team members which is why we don't like to rush the induction programme, our success as a business is being able to deliver good quality advice to our clients based on a solid foundation of learning (and the games help to build new, and hopefully lasting relationships). That said, we are launching a new induction programme very soon which has condensed some of the activity in order to keep up with our growing teams.
