Great to be part of something that feels like its going somewhere Generally lovely team of people David Howden is consistent, directional and inspirational Pay above market Swanky office

Cons

pockets of bad management seem to go un noticed great career prospects until I had a baby lack of support for families - they talk the talk but don't walk the walk Dreadful environment - people say how much they hate it there but are bound to stay because they hold shares and will lose all value if they leaves. This leads to a really negative environment

The company is expanding, getting bigger all the time and proactively always seeking & striving for better. Was a wonderful company to work for and I’ve only recently left due to a change in personal circumstances. The people I worked with are very friendly, it’s a caring place to work for and I felt very valued.

Cons

Wish there was more benefits/commission to earn!
