- Entrepreneurial culture. - No micro-managing. - Much better pay than competitors. - Friendly colleagues who are willing to support.

Cons

- Not for those who want a 9-5 account exec role where you’re told what to do. - Due to growth, changing internal structures which lead to conflict (albeit in the short-term).

Pros

Lots of work benefits, lovely team! Free tea and coffee, canteen with food, free fruit brought in twice a week. Also get great training, your own laptop and monitor to WFH. Lovely people and lovely place to work. Great holiday allowance and if you want to progress or gain a qualification, Howden will support you with this.

Worked in Thatcham for 5 months. Lee was my manager and I enjoyed the role and the people.
