Pros

The company is expanding within the UK Insurance industry and has recently become a part of the Howden Group. In an ever-changing industry our experience is vital, and we strongly believe in doing things the "A-Plan way" There is a strong culture of promoting from within, providing staff prospects for a bright future with plenty of training and support to help you achieve your goals.

Cons

Some internal processes could do with being brought up to date, but the company has adapted well to recent changes in the industry including adapted ways of working since covid.
