      A lot of work for awful pay

      Pros

      I worked in a small office full of great people who made my time with the company incredibly enjoyable! Plenty of work to do so could always keep busy rather than sat twiddling your fingers.

      Cons

      Working Saturdays, when you look at the total amount of hours you do each week and how much you get paid you’d be much better off going almost anywhere else. Only real progression route is becoming a branch manager. After leaving and joining a new compnay I realised how poor the benefits were with A plan insurance.

      Thank-you for leaving a review. Over the last 2 years we have invested a lot of time in benchmarking our remuneration and reward packages and over the past 12 months have increased both. A-Plan's total reward package reflects the great work that our teams are putting in and focus on our 'People First' approach to employment.
