It's great to read that you enjoy the work you're doing, and although the Saturday work isn't always popular, it is an essential shift to ensure our Clients receive the very best service that we can give. We have, however, recently gone through a project to reduce the weekly hours of our teams and the average person now only needs to cover a Saturday morning once every three weeks - where our branches have been successful and the teams have grown, that reduces to one in every five.
