      Nice company culture - everyone works together as a team and they often put on both company wide and local events Support to grow - paid training and help with career development Very inclusive and helpful to those with disabilities - go above and beyond to make reasonable adjustments to the workplace and hours etc

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to learn, work on a variety of topics, and grow professionally. Nice people and the ability to make an impact from within thanks to rapid growth.

      Cons

      Heavy workloads, and in most cases, very long hours — although some departments do maintain an impressive work-life balance. You’re expected to take on multiple roles and responsibilities.
