nice building in london, good area to be in

so much leadership reshuffle and movement that it's hard to really understand what is going on and what direction the company is going in. a lot of talk about people but ultimately very little thought and support offered. the CEO cult of personality was also pretty strong with many senior people giving the "we are a family" speech

Leadership are poor. No vision, mission or strategy. It's all in the CTOs head and he wasn't able to, or willing to, get that out in a clear way for everyone to understand
