You will learn a lot about mortgages.

Long days with no reward. expected to work through lunch- come in early leave late. Commission structure is set that you cannot earn anything for the first 12-18 month . While you are in training and not being provided with sales leads your target is still in place meaning when you do start making sales you are working from a minus figure Strong male influence and culture not a diverse workforce especially for us ladies. Management are rude and intimidating will talk down to employees particularly women. constant turnover of staff with no changes - attitude is that people are lucky to work there
