Good company, great benefits

Pros

Good company to work for who seem to genuinely care about their staff. Lots of opportunities to progress your career with all vacancies advertised internally. Lots of benefits from little incentives for a good week to bigger internal competitions, along with an array of benefits such as a health / cash plan amongst others.

Cons

Very few. Can be stressful at times, and whilst most clients are wonderful to deal with, some can be rude and abrasive. We are required to work 3 hours on a Saturday, but it is operated on a rotating system and the hours are given back the following week. The uniform feels a little outdated and one sided, white shirt and tie for men whilst women seem to wear anything they please.
