- if you are persistent you will get what you need provided you demand opportunities

Cons

There is no urgency or drive to review staff and look adter their proffessional ambitions. Luckily i can manage myself however some staff need monthly check ins. And reviews. I had my first. Review at 3 years. Staff are missing out on valuable coaching and insight to guide them forward in careers
