      If you are a fan of doing the work of 4 people you will love it here.

      Cons

      Everyone at this company is over worked, which is why the turn over is so high and employee satisfaction so low. Favouritism is rife, you will be loved if you are happy to work 12+ hour days and sacrifice your mental health and sanity. Best thing I did was leave.

      Breakfast on a friday Nice atmosphere The investment in the technology for staff The training for new staff is amazing from the company training team. The incentive - to start was amazing then this was removed for 3 months not sure if it ever came back

      Salary is very low Unorganised Promises never met from job acceptance no recognition for your contribution to the branch No flexible working
