      Pros

      Most staff work well together. Good 'as a team' ethic from Engineering Management - fail as a team and succeed as one (often though success is attributed to the responsible individual which is actually very impressive)

      Cons

      Only those typical to a business of this nature. Progression doesn't happen quickly.

      Pros

      Good hourly salary, benefits is decent, work not too complicated, good consistency prior the pandemic. Works 4 days on, 3 days off.

      Cons

      When pandemic hits, orders went from steady to a very slow crawl. Wound up being laid off after only 10 months there. Several months later, someone informed me they are STILL struggling to increase work orders.
