Cons
Lots of favoritism. People will take longer breaks and constantly leave their work area. And you wouldn't get in trouble if your kissing as*. People are incompetent. Their is a huge wave of new team leads, quality tech, trainers etc etc. Half the people have been here less then 6 months and they are already trainers/quality techs. New people telling new people what to do. Hell yeah. Can't wait for all the mandatory OT in the next months from all the scrap/downtime. This is one of those jobs where you are better off not caring. As soon as you get here. Try to move out of cell operator as quickly as possible. All the other jobs you can do whatever you want, since your not making parts. They don't care what you do. E.G. Autoblast employees constantly. If not daily. Take double time on their breaks(10min turn to 20mins, 15mins turn to 30mins etc etc). Why are there 3? When one of them is constantly wondering around, complaining he/she has nothing to do. That or they will be in the bathroom for a long period of time. They start 20-30 mins late. Before an hour from the end of the shift. Usually they are no longer in their work area. Do this people ever get in trouble? Hell no.
