Pay is really nice for their no experience required positions and the benefits kicking in on the first day is an added bonus. The work is simple and repetitive so training doesn't take that long to get the hang of. the scheduling is consistent so if you like to have a schedule this job can work for you.

Cons

The Leaders and hourly workers are not properly trained, half of them don't know the task that each department needs to do, and that leaves the other half struggling to pick up the slack. The equipment they give you doesn't work half the time and the few items that do work are uselly always hidden and stashed away for one person. HR doesn't listen to any complaints from hourly people I have been harassed and cussed at and when I went to HR they did nothing. The hours are long for most hourly people giving you up to a mandatory 64 hours a week or getting in trouble (all the way to termination). I have seen so many people get fired over this because they have kids that they need to go pick up on days they were supposed to come in for overtime.
