      Pros

      Start-up kind of work culture hence learning curve is steep. You are trusted and given responsibilities. Good place for New Grads to start from. Salary, I would say, is above market average plus there are on-site opportunities also.

      Cons

      Work culture is highly demanding. There is no wonder if you work till late night and spend your weekends in the company. Project planning is pathetic. Huawei is all about re-engineering. So do not expect to work on cutting edge technologies.

      Huawei is a good place for freshers. I feel one can stay upto 3 years. beyond that, it varies from case to case

      Cons

      Bad work culture, people expect you to be in office even on week ends. No work from home kind of facilities.
