      My two years at HubSpot has been the most rewarding and challenging (in the best way) two years of any job I've held. HubSpot deeply care about our customers, our employees, and our product! - Autonomy - Balance - People - Challenging - Learning - Leadership

      Cons

      As a HubSpot employee, you have to be willing to work hard. This fast paced environment isn't for everyone, but it's incredibly rewarding if you're an ambitious person.

      Finding the right fit

      Pros

      I've been at HubSpot for a little over two years and am now in my third role - two in the same department, one (and currently) in a completely different one. While people usually talk about career growth and opportunities in terms of climbing the ladder, HubSpot (and of course, the people) have helped me find opportunities and roles that fit me better so that I truly want to grow IN this company and the company itself. In a nutshell, a major pro of HubSpot is that they help you develop your career.

      Cons

      I know the company is working on it, but diversity is still a weakness of HubSpot.
