      I definitely hear you on the cons side--while I'm the first to say we still have room to improve, I also feel lucky to have what we have and the commitment we have from our leadership to making this experience awesome--it's rarified air and you're right some folks don't understand that we are lucky to have it.       I admire Brian too, he's done a great job as a leader and founder, and I continue to learn from him (even though I give him a hard time on a regular basis). I like that HubSpot is never happy with the status quo and is always sorting out ways to get better, and that attitude starts at the top with our founders.
