Pros

-HubSpot truly invests in it's employees, and allows you to chart your course as an entry level individual contributor. -HubSpot knows the value of diversity, and put a lot of time and resources into supporting women in the workforce. - HubSpot's flexibility makes it a great place to work - big part of what keeps me here - HubSpotters are such smart, interesting people, and it is an honor to work alongside them everyday - I look forward to coming into work and seeing my colleagues

Cons

- Love my work, but work a lot - Not for people unwilling to chart their own course and make their own job descriptions - Some work to do in salary for those outside of product or sales departments

Pros

- Fast-paced environment; no day is the same and the work is challenging and rewarding. - Transparent; very few companies, whether privately held or public, share information with their employees the way HubSpot does. - Forward thinking, agile and responsive to the needs of our customers when it comes to our product. - Dynamic and energizing; interesting people working collaboratively. - Excellent perks (unlimited vacation, on-site gym, beer on tap, food, access to C-Suite) - FUN! It's genuinely a fun place to come to work at every day.

Cons

- Salaries in some roles are lower than the market average

Thanks for helping HubSpot grow and for taking the time to write up this review. In particular, I love that you call-out our transparency and pace as things you love (I happen to agree). I also want to thank you--it says on here you've been at HubSpot for five years, and I appreciate you building your career with us, we are honored you did and hope it's just the beginning. Sincerely, Katie
