      Pros

      You're surrounded by incredibly smart, visionary, level headed, and receptive people. I've never been a part of such a constructive team and had management that does such a great job at supporting you but letting you do your job on your own.

      Cons

      Growing at such a rapid pace that of course you come across some growing pains. Luckily though, the company is so dynamic that we're constantly changing to lessen this as much as possible.

      Pros

      Low level of bureaucracy Very flat organization where you can meet easily with anyone Good perks, and casual work atmosphere Transparency everywhere - information is almost always shared via the wiki, very different from my last work environments Metrics driven for sales, and promotions are based on set criteria, not politics or favoritism Investing in better and better office/working environment

      Cons

      Disconnect between some of the divisions, and lack of communication has caused tension Executive leadership tries very hard, but still a pretty glaring disconnect between what is happening "on the ground" vs. what their ideal might be Growing pains of becoming a bigger organization are widely evident, as office space is lacking

      Pros

      People are amazing Company has a real genuine mission Desire and actively working towards a game-changing culture Real-life, actual transparency. Not 'we're transparent' with no follow-through like many other companies Fast-paced and changes direction quickly Any negative is openly discussed and worked to improve Product works and internal thought-leadership is second-to-none

      Cons

      Sales compensation and the way commissions are paid are misleading and less than anticipated until reps are very tenured and have sizable install-bases Quota increases / compensation-decreases the month after the best sales year of all time
