Pros

We were named the best company to work for by the Boston Business Journal for a reason...it is a great place to work. Very compelling vision for what we are trying to build. Great comrades.

Cons

The pay seems to be at market or even slightly below market.

Pros

Innovative product Company is run by smart highly educated professionals Employees are young and there are lots of company sponsored events

Cons

Very demanding job requiring a minimum of 70 hours per week Impossible to take a day off to keep up with demands of job despite "unlimited vacation policy" Monthly quota makes the job extremely stressful Unrealistic quotas given competition and current market conditions Pay is not competitive for seasoned sales reps

Pros

Great culture, smart people here at HubSpot make it a fun place to work at. Young culture means something always going on.

Cons

The monthyl sales quota makes it stressful on sales reps which can transfer to stress on consultants, otherwise it is a great place to be.
