      Continued expansion, customer success, and personal and team growth that continues to fuel the rocketship. We have the chance to build a once in a generation B2B company.

      It's not really a con but you have to be comfortable with change, a fast pace, and always challenging conventional wisdom.

      Would like to see some more benefits around child care and 401k matching. There is no defined "career path", so individuals need to take control of their career rather than waiting for something to be given to them.
