      1) The people are incredible. You learn and grow alongside remarkable humans that make you better at what you do 2) Benefits, especially unlimited PTO and access to mental health resources 3) Autonomy and the ability to make an impact

      Cons

      I was always a big promoter of HubSpot, but as the company grew I felt a lot more like a cog in the machine and not truly valued for my contributions. Management, I'd say, is the biggest issue - if you don't have a people leader who believes and advocates for you, it will be hard to shine and continue growing at the company.
