Pros

- Very smart leadership including founder and CTO who is pushing business forward - Smart colleagues - Top tools to utilize for selling - Decent name recognition with customers - Remote first with great benefits - Generous ramp comp structure

Cons

- Poor pivot to AI outcomes and lack of buy-in from customers for purchasing credits. - Stock price and outlook has fallen significantly which makes any RSUs nearly worthless - Poor training for new hires. You have to learn yourself the product, pitch, how to demo, new features that launch weekly with little to no guidance. They have made changes, so maybe you have a better setup today. - Understandably heavy focus on tenured reps getting the best accounts. - Quota is unattainable for most unless you get lucky with teammates going on leave or leaving the company. Most new hires that succeeded this was the case. - In my opinion, unless you have a strong background in martech, you will struggle.
