I appreciate your feedback and acknowledge that HubSpot, like any other scaling company, has and will continue to evolve and change. What worked for a small company where everyone came into the office, does not work for the needs of a globally distributed flexible workforce serving the needs of our growing customer base. Regarding our recent shift to Flexible PTO, this change was made to provide more clarity, fairness, and predictability around time off. While unlimited PTO offers autonomy, it creates uncertainty and inconsistency. This adjustment ensures everyone can take time off with confidence allowing HubSpot to maintain operational balance and deliver for our customers.
