Pros

The HubSpot office culture is genuinely unmatched in the tech space. People are incredibly supportive, and welcoming. It is a high-energy environment where you get to sell a product that is constantly leading the market. The career development opportunities and benefits are also good for the UK.

Cons

The product evolves so rapidly that it can be challenging to stay updated. Keeping up with constant feature releases and new acquisitions requires significant effort outside of standard selling hours. At times, the pace of change can feel overwhelming for those who prefer a more static environment.
