      Pros

      Been at HubSpot for 6 years, best employer I've ever worked for hence why I have stayed so long. Great people they recruit, major opportunities to learn, great pay, high standards.....can't complain about anything really.

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit noisy and you have to separate the signal, this is just a symptom of a lot of people with good intent and projects trying to get things done, common in fast growing tech companies.

      Fully WFH Highly vetted employees. Pleasant, capabale coworkers Empathetic and helpful Managers Strong, healthy work culture.

      Cons

      Reporting a bit messy. Some gaps in guardrails between different department responsibilities.
