Good pay for the work.

Cons

Lots of changes with very little transparency. It a good company where employees spend more than 5 years. Social currency is very important to getting work done so you can feel out of the loop as a new employee.

-clean code -organized tech stack -usefull coding tools

Cons

-lots of crit sits -toxic managers -cliques with employees who have been here for a long time

People are very collaborative and supportive. They believe in building a knowledge sharing and helping environment which is key to growth IMO. Pay and work life balance is good

Cons

A little indecisiveness creates insecurity. Poor planning and not knowing whats on the horizon makes junior devs concerned.
