Pros

Nice family to work for

Cons

You're working for a family. Sometimes they're not all qualified.

Pros

It is employment that technically pays you.

Cons

Management is poor and abusive at times, pay is meager, morale is very low. I have witnessed every manager make either rude, demeaning, or misogynistic statements to or about employees on multiple occasions. One manager once literally called a potential client "a b***h" when talking about her in a meeting with another branch of the company. This same manager also once told an employee they just cost a sales rep their mortgage that month when a client left. Unless you are a sales rep, get ready to do 2 jobs for meager compensation and be expected to bend over backwards to do their work for them. Everyone who works here always looks and feels exhausted and dreads coming in. Over the last 2 years, about 15 people have quit in my department. They may say that they're constantly hiring because of "growth" but that is a bold faced lie. They are constantly hiring because they treat their employees poorly and have high turnover rates. I cannot emphasize enough to avoid this place.

Pros

The environment is wonderful. There are a lot of talented, creative, and great people who work at Hubbard. Wonderful perks. Never know what your work day will be like. Every day is different.

Cons

Hard to move up. Usually downsizing more than new positions opening up. Pay isn't always great depending on the position.
