At KSAX TV we had a great group of energetic and positive people. Great work environment.

Cons

None, unless I wanted to nitpick... in that case: at times there was some under staffing but never beyond a bearable level.

Only a very few related to being a family-run corporation.

Pros

Senior management is visionary. Don't compete just with other radio stations: compete with the big boys. Aim for the fences.

Cons

Benefits not as good as when stations were owned by Bonneville, but among the best in the rest of the radio industry.
