Pros

Most people are really great. Fun atmosphere with lots of action. They feed you well.

Cons

Way to cliquey. If you’re not in the cool kids clique then you’re on your own. Management is distant and overbearing at the same time because of work from home. Low pay and little room for growth.

Pros

I met great people during my time here. Across their various brands, the people at Hubbard all seem like a tight knit group of entertainers, programmers, marketers and promotion/events professionals.

Cons

Radio and TV broadcasting are not a new game to play. Most of my time at Hubbard felt like keeping up the status quo of the place. New ideas were hard to come by (with a few exceptions of spectacularly talented people at Hubbard Digital). The pay was poor, and it was tough to rally leadership behind anything that wasn't related to ratings. The building also lacks diversity in a big way. Both in race and age.
