Honestly it was a great place to work. Like every place there is always a few that make things harder than need be.

Pros

Relatively easy work. Fast paced and repetitive. Once you get it you got it.

Cons

No real training structure and they don't have a clear and comprehensive overall idea of quality of the products or means to communicate those expectations.
