Culture is awesome, welcoming, engaging and encourages you to work hard. Employee retention and growth is a huge driver. Culture is welcoming and people never hesitate to collaborate or help each other.

Not many cons, there are some struggles from the standpoint of processes being in place for a long time and resisting change.
