Pros

Benefits, work culture, the people, and the investment in wanting your employees to succeed. It's also very flexible, if your job allows it to allow for great work life balance. I'm also actively getting my MBA that they're paying for too.

Cons

No Charlotte location, but I am fully remote.

Pros

Culture is awesome, welcoming, engaging and encourages you to work hard. Employee retention and growth is a huge driver. Culture is welcoming and people never hesitate to collaborate or help each other.

Cons

Not many cons, there are some struggles from the standpoint of processes being in place for a long time and resisting change.
