      Pros

      Some of the employees are great people. Child company of Hubbell. Laid back rules in the office.

      Cons

      This company is extremely unprofessional about the way it handles itself. There is little discipline from top to bottom, there are constant new hires and fires in almost every department. The few competent people at the company are all looking for their way out. The pay is also rather low across the board with little benefits.

      Pros

      Good people to work with, average benefits.

      Cons

      Obsessed with growth thru acquisitions with not enough resources to handle the changes. Has shifted in recent years to a very top-heavy organization. More and more lower level employees laid off to make way for VP and Director positions. Used to have a lot of respect for long time employees, seems to favor and compensate new employees much higher.

      Pros

      The people who work here are dedicated and knowledge due to the long term service. Products and services really are top notch in the electrical market and consistent innovation is the goal from customer service to the top.

      Cons

      Being a large corporation with continuous growth through acquisition it can be cumbersome to be promoted. Even after being in line for several promotions, the wait is very long and this can be frustrating. Management likes the to use the phrase it will happen in "Hubbell Time". Pay is not the greatest but also not the best.
