Excellent job environment, fair treatment, good hike, good rise to the top. Transparency maintained in many aspects of management. Respectful treatment all throughout.

Cons

Less projects, less onsite visits, initial salary provided is significantly less. Teams are shuffled quite often. Opportunity to specialize in a particular field is less.
