      Imagine the face of a caveman who invented the wheel; Hubbell was THAT in awe to see a Millennial caucasian work hard.

      Pros

      You meet one cool person there. You gain exposure. You learn how to do the job of the slackers as well as your own. You get a stern warning from your boss for not doing their work. You advance further if you are non-caucasian.

      Cons

      Racism, Favoritism, No Communication , Lazy. When spoken to, it's about politics. The job gets left for the next crew to finish. Paperwork never is filed correctly. It takes 4 people to do the work of someone new, and someone with ethical or logistical logic. Drama. Fights break out.

      Pros

      Only pro I can think of is that there are some decent employees and the company 's industry is somewhat healthy.

      Cons

      management is way too political, unethical, hostile and not a diverse or friendly working environment, nonexistent work/life balance
