      friendly employees and hybrid schedule and pay

      dont let the name fool you. youre not working for hubbell.... only some tiny subsidiary of hubbell unless youre really working for the corporate office in Connecticut. management sucks and lack common knowledge. HR isnt really HR. you basically have to fend for yourself at any given point and hope like hell you survive. They like to boast themselves up to something they will never be. although they preach that they are there to help you succeed they will only use that against you. there is no growth professionally and some management is like the red fox coming in to steal your chicken eggs.

      Initially great place to start career Ok salary at first Global

      Cons

      Will pay up to 10% more of current salary to go into a higher position but will automatically pay a new hire 30% or more for same position. Lack of communication Needs more training option Very bad technology Favoritism Management lacks knowledge or how to treat employees but still paid more Overworked (lack of help)
