      Pros

      Easy, simple, and constant work. Environment is amazing and fun to be around. Freedom to be creative and improve company standards. Safety is a huge priority with this company.

      Cons

      Management literally ran me off the job. Management and HR routinely "forget" to file complaints and constantly break their own policy. Was the first Welder hired at this plant and in the year and a half I worked there I received 25 cents in the form of a raise. Zero bonuses or added pay at all. Extremely underappreciated and often will feel singled out.
