It's equivalent to a government office, where work takes place at a relaxed pace. Opportunities to travel to client site is provided. Good medical benefits. Decent work life balance.

Cons

The scope for growth is limited as there are mostly sustaining activities rather than NPD. The compensation is below market standards and this is a major issue with retaining talent.
