Pros

Generally easy work on Cherry Pickers or forklift or packing packages. That's basically it.

Cons

Ugly environment, Spider webs and trash everywhere. No Air-conditioning during Cold or Hot temperatures. (Not even fans on site) Management is very poor and there's little to no communication at all. You just clock in, work and clock out in the most unsatisfying work environment out there. Super strict on Time policy, they won't warn you about how many points you have and will fire you without warning.

Competitive Salary, Pay for schooling related to job/career, work life balance.

Cons

Wish they offered annual bonuses, seeing as other company's that are publicly traded offer this as an incentive when hired. Not here. No bonus structure at all.
