There is a person who works there that loves to lie about people to get them fired. Hr won't listen to your side of the story and fires you for nothing. Someone gets fired almost every week

Pros

Good pay and benefits, good people and company. So far it has been a good experience.

Cons

Waiting to see, what summer heat brings climate control kinda miserable in winter depending where you are. Gotta dress accordingly depending on where you are on the production line. On boarding a bit hectic but folks were very patient and worked through it with you. But managed.
