Pros

Good relationships with the hourly staff: I didn't experience major issues with the hourly employees. They were generally pleasant and easy to work with. Compensation and benefits were reasonable.

Cons

Toxic Leadership: The management team, particularly at the top, lacked vision and clear direction. This made the working environment stressful and chaotic. Favoritism and Gossip: There was a noticeable prevalence of favoritism, which led to division and resentment among staff. Gossip was also rampant, contributing to a toxic workplace culture. Overbearing HR Involvement: HR seemed to overstep their role by trying to direct the place rather than focusing on improving their own department. This led to further disorganization and a lack of support for employees.
