Pros

It pays good and there's plenty of overtime.

Cons

Company management in Arden, NC ignores safety issues. People using equipment and running stop signs almost hitting people and when reported, management told me:"None of your business." People are continously late and not held accountable for anything, while those who do their jobs well are held to a high standard and punished as such. 1st shift supervisor went to company Christmas picnic and got trashed in front of everyone. Does not display good management skills and sets a bad example for others. Continuously gets away with treating people bad, with disrespect, talks down to others but yet has their own "click" (even though their subordinates) and they are able to do what they want me because they know the supervisor will protect them.

Pros

Flexibility to work from home - IF - you’re a new employee or your local office closed. Used to have great leaders and mentorship. Great colleagues.

Cons

Zero work life balance. Upper management all work from home while less senior employees are required to come to the office. They lost a lot of talent due to inconsistent WFH policy. Projects are unorganized, poorly coordinated, and management doesn’t prioritize work. Everything must be done ASAP. Following RIFs & resignations, vacant roles were not backfilled & remaining employees are overloaded.
