Pros

First, the onboarding process has been outstanding. The introduction to the company and its business model has truly made for a quick and seamless transition. I have felt welcomed and valued for my skills. As a veteran, it gave me a great sense of Pride to receive a Hubbell Challenge Coin acknowledging my service and being encouraged to join one of the Employee Inclusion Groups. As I visited other sites in the organization, you can feel a great sense of engagement throughout. Also, the company is sized just right to allow you to make an impact.
